These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talentee platform, including our website at talentee.ai and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Talentee provides an AI-powered interview simulation platform designed to help users prepare for job interviews. Our Service includes: • AI-driven interview simulations with realistic scenarios • Real-time feedback and performance analysis • Personalized coaching and improvement suggestions • Progress tracking and performance metrics • Multi-language support for global users The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use to improve interview skills and career readiness.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. Talentee offers various subscription plans and pay-per-use options: Subscription Plans: • Free tier with limited simulations per month • Premium plans with unlimited access and advanced features • Enterprise plans for organizations and teams Payment Terms: • All prices are displayed in your local currency when available • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy Price Changes: • We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice • Existing subscriptions remain at current rates until renewal • You may cancel before new pricing takes effect

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including: • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement of third-party rights • Accuracy or reliability of any content • Uninterrupted or error-free operation We do not guarantee: • That the Service will meet your specific requirements • That simulations will predict actual interview outcomes • Employment results from using our Service • Availability of the Service at all times

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • Talentee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory This includes but is not limited to damages for: • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or data breaches • Errors or inaccuracies in the Service • Any third-party conduct on the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talentee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit or upload • Your negligent or wrongful conduct

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: By You: • You may delete your account at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period • You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination By Us: • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms • We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice • We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible Upon Termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • We may delete your account data after a retention period • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
